Maybe you could try adding it to /etc/profile.d/libreoffice-fresh.sh as
explained in https://wiki.archlinux.org/title/LibreOffice#Theme 

For testing, you can run from the command line with

QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb libreoffice
