Example file from Excel with a group panel containing two radio buttons

Attached example file contains a group panel form control. This is imported
correctly to Calc, but completely lost upon save to XLSX.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Save as XLSX
    3. Reopen in Excel

Actual results:
Group panel missing.

Expected results:
Group panel should be retained.
