1. That option doesn't exist.  (Only hardware acc and anti-aliasing.)

2. I discovered a WORK-AROUND.  If I press the mouse scroll-wheel instead of
the left button, the scrolling works properly.  However, I don't see any way to
change this to the left mouse button.
