I confirm with the older LO 6.2.5.2:

- attachment 159955 : accepting the two corrections turns the last word
("ninpoi") into italics, give it the German language property (instead of
English), and the middle word is now "multiple languages".
- attachment 159956 : accepting the two corrections italicises the last word,
and the middle word is now "multiple languages". However, the last word remains
set to "English".

However, with a recent master build:

- attachment 159955 : accepting both corrections does not italicise, nor
changes the language
- attachment 159956 : accepting both corrections does not italicise, nor
changes the language

So I am happy to declare this a WORKSFORME, possibly fixed since before 7.1, as
mentioned in Comment 9.
