In 4.3 there were changes: 3 pages OK, LO doesn't load because of
9f308fbc02439e25f8932314a9374c205ebdbc4c, 1 or 2 empty pages, page counting
NOK.
So page counting is bad fix to empty pages. 

For 1 or 2 empty pages, the first bad commit should be in range:

To test, it's 64e710e1dd3fb676c7def4119e2b5a674cb799d2 and
