            Bug ID: 142825
Summary: Need ability to copy with animation effects
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: Inherited From OOo
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Impress
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: eyalroz1 at gmx.com
            Blocks: 109362

If you add animation effects for an object, then copy it and paste it into
another slide - the copy will not have any effects in the new slide.

Sometimes, that is the desired behavior; sometimes it's exactly the opposite.

So, I suggest one of the following happen:

1. A "Copy with animation effects" action be made available (e.g. via context
menu and/or elsewhere), in addition to regular copy.
2. User will be able to configure the behavior of regular copy, to include or
not to include associated animations.
3. Like (1.), but the default becomes copying with animations and
animation-less copying is a separate option.
4. Pasting opens a dialog box asking whether or not to paste the effects

Another thing to consider is to allow separate copy-and-pasting of animation
effects, but it's not obvious how this would happen given that they're
associated with particular objects, and it's not clear what to associate them
with on the paste slide.
