Hmm, should be able to. 

registrymodifications.xcu is just a text file. Search for the
"EnableATToolSupport" stanza and change its "true" to "false"

But I find it reasserts 'true' with LO restart. Have to look at that, something
is no longer correct.

By design, when the os reports an Assistive Technology is in use--LibreOffice
will enter AT mode as configured on the Tools -> Options -> Accessibility
dialog.

Folks who reported this crash are believed to have had some AT enabled on
Windows WDM.  The NVDA screen reader would cause it for sure. But for others it
is unknown which MS feature is active.  I'm thinking possibly Cortana.
