video of issue in LO 7.3 alpha0

This video shows:

- the shape of what used to be a circular arrow
- the memory increase when selecting it (from about 130 MB to up to 1.3 GB)
- the shape disappearing
- the visual artefacts in the viewport as well as in the sidebar
