Hmm, confirmed. 

But seems to depend on the PDF content being copied. Simple text runs from a
PDF created in Acrobat PDFMaker 19 for Word don't trigger the Description
change, but a run copied from an Acrobat PDFMaker 19 for PowerPoint does.

Going to need better STR and test case documents.
