For page layouts of a bound document, 'gutter' is fine. But more descriptive
naming, e.g. "inner margin" (when bound), "binding margin", or "gutter margin"
helps.

The 'Gutter' labeling was adopted by MS [1][2], with command name/tip of "Set
gutter margins".
