This bug is for 1st page and it is good in 6.3.6 and 7.2+ in Windows. 
Problem remains in Linux. 
But this is not a problem of PDF but pf replacement for Abadi MT. 
There's another bug to improve replacement table but it's for common fonts, I
guess Abadi is not there 
Seems it's free and can be downloaded. 
There's separate bug for embedded fonts which don't work. 
So, nothing here to keep the bug open.
