Rectangles after reopening

As you can see, there is no connection between rectangles, but this is just
visual bug, because as you try to move the boxes, the connector is redrawn and
rectangles are connected.

This evolved into bug of visual represenation.

How to reproduce it :
- do all the steps (and there will be not properly connected shapes)
- drag and drop rectangles and connector is shown properly connected
- save the file
- check again - still the same - visual bug, but when you move the rectangles
they are still connected.
