Sample document with some headings and tables

If you click on some normal text in the sample document, heading outline will
select the heading the text is in.
However when you click inside a table, only the heading will be selected in the
outline (not the table).
So my proposal is that heading _and_ table will be selected in the outline if
the cursor is inside a table which is inside a section with a heading.

I also noticed that outline tracking stops after you selected a table in the
navigator; to resume outline tracking for sections, you'll have to click some
section in the navigator first.
