This problem only occurs when LibreOffice 7.1 is installed.

I have removed all LibreOffice files using AppCleaner and searching for
LibreOffice manually.

I have tried installing the nightly builds, but my macOS system will NOT allow
an LO nightly build to be installed. The reason being is that there is no
security certificate that macOS recognizes as safe.

LibreOffice 7.1 works as normal on my Ubuntu Virtual Machine running through
Parallels on my Mac Mini with macOS 11.2.3.

LibreOffice 7.1 also works as normal on my MacBook Pro running macOS 10.16
Catalina and on my small Windows notebook running Windows 10 Home.

LibreOffice 7.0.5 is now installed, everything works as normal.

I can only assume that there is an incompatibility problem between LO 7.1 and
macOS 11.2.3. This needs inverstigating.
