Index of industrial production from OCDE in excel sheet.

Hello, I come back after some experimentation: I installed Ubuntu version 20.10
which contains LibreOffice version 7.0.3.1. Always the same, LibreOffice Calc
is unable to properly open an Excel sheet. Whereas previous versions were able
to open a spreadsheet of this size. I checked the functioning of the
spreadsheet by going to the OECD site and downloading a data sheet of monthly
industrial production indices from January 2000 to February 2021. And still the
same: LibreOffice Calc 7.0.3.1 is unable to read the sheet and load the data.
Whereas previous versions, especially version 5.1.6, did this without problems.
I installed Gnumeric and it opened the sheet and loaded the data immediately.
With Gnumeric I converted the spreadsheet to "ods" format, and only then
LibreOffice Calc managed to read the data sheet. I wanted to check if the
problem was not related to Ubuntu; I did the same test with different live
distributions on a usb key, the result is the same: each time LibreOffice Calc
is unable to load the data. And I did the test on two different devices; an
iMac and a Macbook Pro. So that you can check it for yourself, I am sending you
the last sheet that I downloaded from the OECD site. And I also send you the
same sheet, but converted to "ods" format by Gnumeric. I await your feedback,
but for me it is obvious that since version 6, LibreOffice Calc has a problem,
it has become unable to load an Excel sheet when it exceeds a certain
dimension, which remains reasonable, or 255 columns by 54 lines! I don't know
how to load a second text.
