On pc Debian testing (updated almost every day), with LO Debian package
7.0.4.2, both files, "OCDE Essai 1.xls" and "OCDE Industrial Production 2000 -
2021-M2.xls" open and show the numbers.

About your installation, since you didn't erase /home, you can indeed apply
