            Bug ID: 141149
Summary: Table column width changes randomly from save to save
                    at doc format
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 6.2.0.3 release
          Hardware: All
                OS: All
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: minor
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: libreoffice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
          Reporter: army_bloodcore at outlook.com

Description:
Table column width changes randomly from save to save at doc format.
When I am choosing to save a file in doc format, and next time, open this
document again, I get a ruined document with the changed width of columns of
tables.
If I set parameter width of the table absolutely (17.5 cm for example), the
same table with the next opening little increasing width at the small random
value (0.1~2 mm per saving) (new width 17.61 cm).
If I set parameter width relatively (100% for example), the same table with the
next opening resolving the width of it's own columns! (36%, 64% -> 38%, 62%).
Whats wrong with this?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create document.
2. Create a table in document (2x2 for example).
3. Set the fixed table width (10 cm for example).
4. Type in cells something.
5. Save document in doc format.
6. Open document again.

Actual Results:
Table width was iscreased and now table width is 10.12 cm for example

Expected Results:
Table width not changed and it is 10 cm.

Reproducible: Sometimes

User Profile Reset: Yes

OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
I thinking it is connected with borderline width which adding to the cell width
random value at the next document opening, but I am not sure.
