Description:
LibreOffice vers. 7.0.6.4. or before. The first Calc document appeared on
screen after 0.5 second till 2 seconds.

LibreOffice vers. 7.1.1.2 The first Calc document appears on screen after 12
seconds till 15 seconds. During oppening: "time out" or "time delay out"
appears.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Windows Files explorer
2. Set the external disc and open the file and click on the CALC document. Or
click on the schortcut CALC document see on the window.
3. LibreOffice needs 12 till 15 seconds to open the file setted

Actual Results:
LibreOffice takes 12 seconds till 15 seconds to open the first Calc-document on
C-disc or on external-disc.

Expected Results:
LibreOffice took 0.5 second till 2 seconds to open a Calc-document in C-disc or
in external-disc.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
I first opened windows-settings, Applications and clicked on LibreOffice then
Repair. It did not fixed my problem.

I second totaly uninstalled LibreOffice 7.1.1.2 and then re-installed it. It
did not fixed my problem.
