Attached document contains some text and comments.
When the Insertions in margin mode is enabled, the comments are replaced by a
$2.

Steps to reproduce:
    1. Open attached file
    2. Enable the Insertions in Margin mode on the Track Changes toolbar

Actual results:
$2 appears on the margin

Expected results:
Nothing appears on the margin (only a vertical line to indicate there is some
change).
