My request is not covered by bug number 126047 which addresses the
sorting/ordering of rules within a condition. 

105325 is for sorting the list of conditions by column number so that they
appear as A, B, C....Z AA, AB....AZ BA....... which makes it easier to find the
conditions when you know the column name BA and you scroll down to whatever
follows AZ.
