Description:
I add a text column into a grid control with multilines activated, but the
content doesn't wrap. It's not a problem with height of the row but the wrapper
doesn't work. It'll be regression ...


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Sample .odb file
2. Open Table1 form in run mode

Actual Results:
Observe TEXT TEXT ... in one line, it is not wrapped
Then go to edit mode, and look at multiline property activated.

Expected Results:
Content wrapped in multilines :
"TEXT TEXT TEXT 
TEXT TEXT TEXT 
TEXT ..."


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
When edit text row in a grid text column, there is a big policy and it's text
is cut at top or base of letters ...
