[Libreoffice-qa] Bug submission assistant : status report

Hi,

Today I implemented the transparent submission of the bug report. In the previous version, the bug submission assistant made sure some fields (components, subcomponent etc) were selected and then redirected you to the bugzilla form to complete the submission (/enter_bug.cgi). It now
posts the bug report directly (/post_bug.cgi) and displays a confirmation with a link to the newly submitted bug report. This simplifies the bug submission process, removing one step and the display of the bugzilla form.

If an error occurs, the bugzilla error message is displayed under the submit button.
