[Libreoffice-qa] Adding RTL Keyword

Dear Friends,

It would be beneficial to us, who report and follow RTL bugs, like the
Ubuntu RTL team[1] to have an easy tracking of RTL bugs in
LibreOffice.

An 'rtl' keyword in the bug tracker[2] would be wonderful.

An example of how we use this can be found in the Ubuntu bugs[2].

Can this be arranged, please?
