Looks related to the blacklist stuff I added to the BSA recently.
Perhaps there's some flag we can slurp in at the same time we grab the
version #s in query.pl.

Per Rainer's comment, 3.3.0 Beta3 doesn't appear in the drop-down when
I go to file a new bug report, but it does appear in
version-blacklist.txt (which means that the BSA is seeing it in the
dump from Bugzilla).
