. So it seems, you have to report it to the PPA itself. But if you 
go to - say -

you will find

... I only found 
https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/BugReport/de#Fehler_in_Ubuntu_melden 
so far with a short and maybe outdated description (in German). But 
maybe Bjoern can tell you more ... ;)
