[Libreoffice-qa] What should we do with a bug with a longer summary, but without any description?

First I would write a little comment: Please describe the bug. Is the
bug happening only in LO?

If there is no reaction I would close the bug as invalid.

I dont know anything about "Two finger touch pad scrolling" - don't use
a touchpad.
