The Bugzilla email with subject "Bugzilla Change Password Request" went
directly into my GMail Spam mailbox.

So this is a warning for  people who use Google Mail (and possibly other
email providers): If don't receive any email for resetting the Bugzilla
password in your Primary, Social or Promotions mailbox, then you should
check the Spam mailbox.
