I downloaded build 4.4.2.1 from
http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/

and the build is

Version: 4.4.2.1
Build ID: 93fc8832889bf050a10ec6d0171dae213adc9b55

Maybe the reporter downloaded from a wrong link?
