[Libreoffice-qa] LibODev_amd64 does not run

Hy, David!
I cannot run LibreOfficeDev built in March (OS – Windows XP 64-bit edition).
The latest version of LibO-master, had no problems, is:
Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)
Build ID: e3e95f97638ff4d2c230cbc1f560a148863fb7a5
TinderBox: Win-x86_64 at 42, Branch:master, Time: 2015-03-01_01:51:51
Now I see the message by OS:
“soffice.bin – Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point InetPtonW could not be located in dynamic link
library WS_232.dll.
Why?
