<p>I totally agree with Pedro. I am sure that each one of us is doing his best for the success of TDF/LibreOffice as a project, and because of this we all succeed/fail together.</p>
<p>We should learn to increase background discussions - without becoming a slow bureaucracy - in order to share opinions and take more informed decisions.</p>
<p>Individuals should never feel alone. Although we often work on our own, we are a community, and the community is here to help individuals.</p>
