IMO we need to add a section to "how to file a bug report" that is labeled "what is not helpful or useful" in there I could put <div><br></div><div>1. Ranting about LibreOffice being slow to fix something</div>

acting nasty another. However, it's pretty much the same all over the place, and answering<br>it with politeness can be effective. But some people are completely immune to reasoning,<br>so in extreme cases only shutting them down work. More testing, predictability, and fixing<br>
bugs are required in order to minimize the ranting. Remember that users seldom think the<br>changes we like are very interesting, as they really just want stability and to continue their<br>work.<br clear="all"><br>-- <br>
