Is it okay to remove the "<span style="font-family:sans-serif;font-size:13px;line-height:19.1875px;background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">HARD HACKS ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD UNTIL RELEASE OF 4.0." message from HardHacks on the TDF wiki? I am assuming so but I wasn't sure if we were waiting until 4.0.1 to go stable, even though 4.0.0 is already released. (If this is a decision to be made by the developers instead of QA, can someone forward this their way please?</span>
