Because if the help is not the reference, where is the reference?. How can no one to know what is there?. Is it right? we all trying to know how the new announced enhancements works. How can we know when there is a bug or is the expected result? How can we do an QA test without know in detail the enhancement?. Why not mandatory to introduce the enhancements, update the help? So again IMVHO what is not in help is like it does not exist in program. I think I have read time ago in the net, about how difficult is maintain the help system. But if this is not done then I think we are going to nowhere. I hope some progress can be done here. Regards.
