I'm refering to Excel 2007. I think we separated adding and viewing too. For
viewing we thought of Insert->Names-Insert and for defining
Insert->Names->Define. I know that the insert dialog is not perfect yet, for
example in my opinion it misses the information which range is the target of
a range name, but these are some improvements for the future.
