On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today, I still got different
options:
Insert->Formatting Mark->Optional Hyphen vs.
Options->LibreOffice Writer->Formatting Ais-> Display of *Custom* Hyphens
But online help matches the second one, see

ux-advise: should we change first one so all the 3 would match?
