I've submitted a patch removing the mentioned entries from the context menu:

Do we really need the "Page" entry in the context menu?
And what about "Character" and "Paragraph"?

Another thing: In Calc when you select some text you have a context option
named "Default" - I couldn't figure out what it does. Any idea?
