FreeOffice insert chart dialog

With a tabbed dialog similar to Writer's Indexes/Tables dialog used for
inserting a chart into Calc, it will make the experience easier to present and
easier for users to understand.

I believe mimicking the same design used in FreeOffice is a good way to present
it, but more improvements can also be made. The first tab presents the same
list of same chart type we present in the wizard, but moves the 3d options into
the same view so they are easy to see and select. The tab presents the preview
of the chart inside the dialog rather than it appearing in the document where a
user may need to move the wizard dialog to fully see of the chart. A list of
color presets are also available so the user doesnt have to manually set these
him/her self.
