three ibm symphony tabs

Not sure if the code is there, but IBM's Symphony sidebar had a few other tabs
in its presentation app that would be useful to include.

Color palette - Contains the IBM color palette.
Eyedropper - Ability to grab the color from a document and replace a color with
another
3D Effects - 3d effects dialog

It would be useful to have a Colors tab which contained the color drop down
palette as well as the color picker dialog and the eyedropper.
