+1 -- to not providing confirm dialog -- that's silly, we don't do it now for
the individual thumbnail views nor for the existing File -> Recent Documents ->
Clear List--why would we add it for clearing them all from the Start Center
thumbnail views.

+1 -- to adding a GUI dropdown menu "Triangle" to the SC Recent Files. Simply
reuse the Clear List .UNO command from the Menu, end of story.  Of course, the
drop down menu needs to be aligned under the triangle to match needed fix for
bug 92499
