Hi zahra

I cannot reproduce this. If I start NVDA and then LibreOffice 5.0.3, using
Windows 10 (64-bit), everything works fine.
Pressing Ctrl+O opens the file dialog without any issues. I don't see any
issues using the menu File -> Open File. Tried it with multiple files having a
few open closing a few and opening a few more. Can't really see any problem.

I wonder if your LibreOffice profile has become corrupted. Have you tried
resetting your LibreOffice user profile.

What version of Windows are you using?
