Filed a bug for this (bug 101896).

Didnt add any entries in Calc, as presently we dont have any useful cell
styles, but i could add the current 5 cell styles to the menu. Not possible to
do the same for impress/draw.

True, but that doesnt seem to be the issue of this bug report.
