One additional suggestion on this train of 'extra' styles to add. If you are in
Applied Styles (or somewhere) and create a style, it doesn't appear there,
despite the fact that if you create it you probably want to immediately use it;
so you have to switch to Custom Styles, then switch back.
My suggestion would be that if you create a style it should switch to the
Custom Style list with it highlighted ready to use. (Alternatively it could
appear temporarily in the existing list so it can be clicked to use, and if you
don't do so within say 120 secs or if you switch lists it should be dropped as
an extra showing; I personally prefer this option although it's likely some
will think switching to Custom Styles would be more 'proper')
