0.  Open master document
1.  Use Insert icon in Navigator (Master View) to insert two files.
2.  Select  second inserted filename in Navigator (master view),  right-click
and insert text.
(In Navigator (master view) there should now be four elements, the first and
last named text, the middle two are the filenames that are inserted.)

Basic problem:  Try to change the name of “text”  (does not seem possible)
