Why do you think Libreoffice behaves differently? I mean Page Style being
attached to the paragraph is an essential feature of every word processor and
defined in the open document format. We can and should not change this. Would
it help when the page style is shown with the other styles in the Styles
Inspector? At least it makes it more transparent for users.
