Example file

1. Open the attached file
2. Delete the page break on page 2

-> Page 3 will change formatting too, as it's based on Next Style of Page 2
(being deleted)..

There could be a dialog.. warning for this, of even setting they Paragraph Page
Style for Next page (Keep current formatting for the next page).
