Hyperlinks do use these character styles but the Stylist doesn't give proper
feedback, see bug 108170 => DUP.

And it's possible to overwrite the CS color via Tools > Options > Application
Colors. This makes sense to me considering HTML documents with "fancy" styling
back in the early 0th.
