Find & Replace highlights results in blue equally to a selection. Probably the
easiest solution to implement. A bit weird since you can just select something
else and resume spellchecking. But grey doesn't work much better as this looks
more like fields.

Scrolling ideally has an animation so the target wont pop-up suddenly. If the
sentence goes over two pages it might be tricky to find a good position- would
just ignore these corner cases.

LBNL, optionally? Don't see why; maybe if users get annoyed by the scrolling.
