Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-GB

Spellchecker is active until 101 characters. Word collection has a minimal word
length but obvious no maximum. So my proposal is to add maximum word length
with 100 characters as default entry. I would treat this as enhancement
request. I changed bug summary and hope you agree, Telesto and Diana.
