I'm kind of hijacking this report for few question at UX

1 The pre-formatted text entry wasn't in the drop down in prior versions.. Now
it's added, and hide in the sidebar doesn't hide in the drop down.

It could be argued that it should be hidden from the drop down too.

2 You can hide entry's in the sidebar, but how can you unhide something (say
clicked the wrong entry) or I want to see all embedded styles (and names?). 

3 Should it be possible to add/remove entry's from the drop down style picker.
Kind of thinking of star system. So you add/remove entry's to drop down
(derived from sidebar styles)?

Note 1: Hide is temporarily also in 6.2 (except for template). So I'm not
really following comment 0. [See comment 5 and comment 8]

Note 2: I didn't search for existing enhancement requests covering the above,
so might be discussed already
