While these combined controls look tempting on the first glance the devil is in
the detail. Clicking on one of the options in the current widget applies it
immediately  and that's how those floating widgets should work. If you pick one
of the border options, change the line size, and the color you need to confirm
the action, eg. by clicking somewhere else. That would be unexpected and not so
easy to understand. 
Plus, the complex interaction can be done on the sidebar and the dialog. There
is no need to put everything into one control. => resolving as WF
